We work across every district of Pekanbaru from the Marpoyan Damai workshop, including Panam, the Sudirman corridor and the centre, Bukit Raya, Rumbai, Payung Sekaki and Tenayan Raya. Duri and Dumai are visited weekly along the toll road, and Minas, Kandis, Pangkalan Kerinci and Siak Sri Indrapura are added to that run on request. Hours are Monday to Saturday, 08:00–20:00 WIB; Sunday messages are answered on Monday. Send a photo of the corner, a photo of the PLN meter and, on a camp or estate, the peak generator load. From first message to handover
Give us the district — Panam, Sudirman, Rumbai, Duri, Dumai — the size of the spot and the number of users. A photo of the PLN meter helps.
A project manager rings to confirm the brief, check your supply and book the survey, usually one or two days later inside the city.
We measure, check cable routes, water and drainage, then send a picture of the cabin in your room together with an itemised quote.
With the quote and schedule agreed, a 50 % deposit starts the panels in the workshop and the heater or chiller order from Java.
Payment two falls due when material lands. Assembly runs one to two days for infrared, one to two weeks for a plunge, two to four weeks for a sauna.
We run the cabin and tub with you, trip the ELCB, then hand over the two-year warranty, care sheet and technician's contact.
