Our Marpoyan Damai workshop reaches every corner of Pekanbaru: Panam, the Sudirman strip and downtown, Bukit Raya, Rumbai, Payung Sekaki and Tenayan Raya. Duri and Dumai sit on a weekly toll-road run, and Minas, Kandis, Pangkalan Kerinci and Siak Sri Indrapura join that same trip on request. We are open Monday through Saturday, 08:00–20:00 WIB, and anything sent on Sunday gets answered Monday morning. Send a photo of the corner, one of the PLN meter, and — for a camp or estate — the peak generator load. Figures by size sit on the price list, and district notes are on the service area pages.
How it runs, message to move-in
Tell us the district — Panam, Sudirman, Rumbai, Duri, Dumai, anywhere — roughly how big the spot is and how many will use it. A meter photo speeds things up.
A project manager confirms the brief, checks what your supply can take, and books the survey — usually a day or two out inside the city.
We measure on site, trace cable routes, water and drainage, then send back a render of the cabin in your room alongside an itemised quote.
Once the quote and schedule are signed off, a 50 % deposit sets the workshop cutting panels while the heater or chiller ships from Java.
The second payment is due when material lands. Fitting takes one to two days for infrared, one to two weeks for a plunge, two to four weeks for a full sauna.
We bring the cabin and tub up together, trip the ELCB on purpose, and leave you with the two-year warranty, a care sheet and a technician's direct line.
